Talentprise doesn’t necessarily require a resume. What is more important is the data you filled in your profile. However, as a good practice, employers usually review your resume once they are interested to know more about you.

According to Talentprise definition, Talent users are those users who are actively searching for a job opportunity, looking for a career switch, or career advancement.

Once your registration is completed, you will be directed to your main dashboard. You will get insights and notifications on a regular basis about the employers who interacted with your profile. No further actions from your side except keeping your data up to date.

Talentprise services for job seekers are entirely free of charge.

Yes. Talentprise is an online platform that serves job seekers in any part of the world and is not limited to any region or continent. Talentprise is accessed by employers globally.

Talentprise has no specific focus. Our aim is to help job seekers of any occupation, experience, industry, etc. to find the jobs of their dreams. Employers at Talentprise seek candidates from various occupations. You can review the full list of occupations.

Go to “Account Settings” > Job Preferences > Privacy. Select “Except current employer” and save changes.

You can retake the assessment if you didn’t manage to complete it on time. If you completed the assessment, you can’t retake it. However, the assessment might relaunch for all users to retake. You will be informed via email once available.

Talentprise is an AI-Powered candidate sourcing platform. We are not an agent or a representative of any employer.

We don’t accept resumes sent via email. We recommend you create your Talentprise account and upload your resume.

Go to “Account Settings” > Job Preferences > Attendance. Select “Work Remotely” and save changes.

Go to “Account Settings” > Job Preferences > Job Type. Select “Part Time” and save changes.

Go to “Account Settings” > Job Preferences > Relocation. Select “I want to stay in the country where I am now” and save changes.

Go to “Account Settings” > Job Preferences > Job Type. Select “Internship” and save changes.

Go to “Account Settings” > Job Preferences. Edit the data you want and save changes.

The email address is the primary means of identification for your account, so it cannot be changed. If you wish to register another email address, we suggest that you create a new account with the new email address.

Go to “Account Settings”. Click on “Delete my account”. However, deleting your account will delete your data from the database. Alternatively, you can hide your profile. To do so, go to “Account Settings” and choose “Hidden profile” from the Privacy tab.

Talentprise is an AI-powered candidate sourcing platform. Once registered with an “Enterprise” account, you will have direct access to candidates worldwide. AI Headhunters will help you to find the top matching candidates with your persona. This is a proactive approach without job postings.

However, you can still use Talentprise AI-powered job postings. Get started, and post your jobs today!

Go to “Account Settings”. Select “Contacts” from the “Contacts, Privacy & Enterprise Details” tab and save changes.

Click on one of the existing AI Headhunters. Once the list of candidates is loaded, select the candidates to compare. You can choose up to 4 talents to compare. Click compare.

In your dashboard, there is a search bar in the header. click on it and type a keyword.

Enterprise users are those users who are searching for talents to recruit. This includes in-house recruitment or indirect recruitment, i.e., freelance recruiters, headhunters, and staffing agencies.

Talentprise assessment is a primary part of the talent registration process. All talents in the talent pool have taken skill assessments. We assess traits, competencies, values, and motivations.

In your dashboard, click on any existing AI Headhunter, once the list of talents is loaded. Click on the candidate you want, and scroll down. Click on the “Traits and Competencies” and “Values and Motivation” tabs.

Every registered talent carries a batch. We have 4 badges: Risiring, Competent, Advanced, and Elite. The ranking system calculates points based on the inputs provided by the talent. We consider 5 factors to calculate the talent score:

  • Education (Degree, University ranking).
  • Experience (Years of experience, Employers ranking).
  • Expertise.
  • Skills (Personal skills and IT Skills).
  • Competencies (Based on Talentprise assessment results).
